How Reserve a cab works
One app, every hill ride
Two ways to travel, one way to pay: the fare you agreed on before you left.

Share a seat
A confirmed seat on a shared jeep running a fixed route, boarding at a fixed pickup point, at the local per-seat fare.

Reserve a cab
The whole cab, picked up wherever you drop the pin. You propose the fare, drivers send offers, and the price is locked before you leave.

Drive with us
Publish your route, fill your seats before you leave, and bid on private cab requests. A flat pass, never a cut of your fare.
How it works
Three steps from your phone to your seat.
- 1
Pick your route
Choose where you are leaving from and where you are going. See every jeep leaving today and tomorrow, with the fare per seat and the seats still free.
- 2
Choose your pickup point
Every route has fixed stops the drivers already use. Pick yours, set your seats and send the request.
- 3
Your seat is confirmed
The driver accepts, you get a 4-letter trip code, and the app reminds you before pickup. Show the code, take your seat, go.

Questions people ask before their first ride
Is Hum Jaayega legal in Sikkim and West Bengal?
Yes. Every vehicle on Hum Jaayega is a commercially permitted taxi driven by its licensed operator, the same jeeps you board at the taxi stand today. We do not use private cars.
What happens if there is no signal on the road?
Your booking, trip code and pickup details are saved on your phone. The driver has your name and pickup point on the manifest before leaving, so a dead zone does not cancel your seat.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes. Pay the driver in cash, or use UPI and the in-app wallet where available. The fare shown when you book is the fare you pay.
How do I know I am getting into the right jeep?
Your booking shows the driver, the vehicle number plate and a 4-letter trip code. The driver checks the code against the manifest at the pickup point.
What if the driver asks for more than the agreed fare?
The fare is fixed when the driver accepts your seat, or locked when you accept an offer for a private cab. Report any extra demand from the trip screen and we follow up with the driver and their union.
Which towns do you cover?
Darjeeling, Siliguri, Kurseong, Kalimpong, Mirik, Ghoom and Gangtok, across 11 corridors. Short rides inside a town are not part of Hum Jaayega.
