Before you board
Match the plate
The vehicle number on your booking must match the jeep in front of you.
Say the trip code
Your 4-letter code is on the booking screen. The driver checks it against the manifest.
Know the fare
The per-seat fare or the locked private fare is on the trip screen. Nothing else is due.

During the ride
Share the live trip with family on WhatsApp, call or chat with the driver in the app, and keep the SOS button one hold away. Trusted contacts are told when you start and when you arrive.

Frequently asked questions
What if the driver takes a different road?
Hill roads close often. If the detour worries you, share the trip, call the driver in the app, or press SOS.
What if I am asked to pay more?
You owe only the fare on the trip screen. Report extra demands from the trip and we follow up with the driver and union.
Can I add trusted contacts before a trip?
Yes, in Settings, Safety. Up to three.
