Who we are
Hum Jaayega is operated by Adiyata, XXXX (registered name and CIN), XXXX (address). This policy explains what personal data the passenger and driver apps and this website collect and why.
What we collect
Phone number and name to create your account. Trip details: route, pickup point, seats, fares and ratings. Location while a trip is active, and while a driver is online. Driver documents (licence, permit, registration, insurance) for verification. Device information for notifications and troubleshooting.
Why we use it
To match passengers with drivers, confirm seats, show live trips, pay drivers, keep both parties safe (SOS, trusted contacts, trip codes) and comply with Indian transport regulations.
Who sees it
Drivers see your name, rating, pickup point and, once matched, your exact pickup. Passengers see driver name, rating, vehicle and plate. Phone numbers are never shared; calls and chat go through the app. We share data with payment providers, SMS and WhatsApp gateways, map providers and, where required, law enforcement.
How long we keep it
Account data while your account exists and for XXXX months after deletion where the law requires. Trip records for XXXX years for tax and dispute purposes.
