Every passenger signs up with a verified phone number and carries a rating.

During the trip
The manifest shows who is boarding where. Mark no-shows, message passengers without sharing your number, and reach support from the trip screen. SOS works for drivers too.

Frequently asked questions
A passenger did not show up. What now?
Mark them absent on the manifest and leave on time. Repeated no-shows lower their rating and can block them from booking.
A passenger was abusive.
Report from the trip screen. We review chat logs and ratings and can remove the passenger.
Does the platform track me all day?
Location is used while you are online and during trips, so passengers can see their jeep coming. Go offline and it stops.
