Frequently asked questions
How far ahead can I book?
Drivers publish trips up to three days ahead. Most publish the evening before.
What if the jeep is full?
Full trips are shown greyed out at the bottom of the list. Pick another departure or send a request for the next day.
Can I book more than one seat?
Yes. Set the number of seats when you book. The fare is per seat.
What if the driver rejects my request?
You are told straight away and your money is not taken. Choose another jeep on the same route.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from the booking screen. Cancellation rules are shown before you confirm. Repeated no-shows lower your passenger rating.
Do I need to pay in the app?
No. Cash to the driver is fine. UPI and the in-app wallet are available where the driver accepts them.
