Frequently asked questions
Which documents do I need?
Driving licence, commercial permit, vehicle registration, insurance, and an inter-state permit for Sikkim corridors. Upload them in Settings, Documents.
How long does approval take?
Usually within XXXX working days. You will get a notification when your documents are approved.
How do I publish a trip?
Tap Publish a trip, choose the corridor, date, time, seats and fare per seat. Requests arrive as passengers book.
What is the Daily Pass and the Monthly Pass?
Flat fees for using the platform instead of a commission. Daily for the days you drive, Monthly for full-time drivers at a 10–20% discount. Launch pricing to be announced.
How do I withdraw earnings?
From the Earnings tab, from ₹200. UPI is same day, NEFT 1–2 working days.
How does the manifest work?
Confirmed passengers appear in pickup order. Tick each one as they board, mark no-shows, and end the trip at the last stop.
Can I edit or cancel a published trip?
Yes, until the first seat is confirmed. After that, contact passengers through the app before changing anything.
