The service
Hum Jaayega is a booking platform. Rides are provided by independent, commercially permitted drivers. Adiyata is not the carrier.
Accounts
One person, one account. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be XXXX or older to use the apps.
Bookings and fares
Shared seat fares are set per seat by the driver and shown before you book. Reserved cab fares are agreed between passenger and driver in the app and locked on acceptance. No other charges are due to the driver.
Cancellations and no-shows
Cancellation rules are shown before you confirm. Repeated no-shows may lead to a lower rating or suspension.
Drivers
Drivers must hold valid documents at all times and pay the applicable Daily or Monthly Pass. Hum Jaayega does not take a commission on fares.
Conduct
Follow the community guidelines on our Safety page. We may suspend accounts that break them.
Liability and law
To the extent permitted by Indian law, Adiyata is not liable for the acts of drivers or passengers. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in XXXX have jurisdiction.
